Speaking ahead of a vote on the Welsh Labour Government's Final Budget supported by Plaid Cymru, Paul Davies AM, Shadow Minister for Finance, said:
"It is disappointing that Labour and their little helpers, Plaid Cymru, have agreed a budget which fails to address the needs of the Welsh economy and or public services.
"At a time when Health Boards are already facing combined deficits of as much as £131million, Labour and Plaid Cymru's NHS cuts will undoubtedly put even greater pressure on frontline resources.
"Labour and Plaid Cymru's budget is a missed opportunity to create conditions for economic growth, empower schools and invest in our NHS.
"Over the coming months, Labour and Plaid Cymru will have to answer to the people of Wales for their damaging cuts to the Welsh NHS."
