Paul Davies - Deputy Leader, Shadow Minister for Finance
Mohammad Asghar - Shadow Minister for Equalities & Sport
Angela Burns - Shadow Minister for Education
Byron Davies - Shadow Minister for Transport, Whip
Suzy Davies - Shadow Minister for Welsh Language & Culture
Janet Finch-Saunders - Shadow Minister for Local Government
Russell George - Shadow Minister for Environment
William Graham - Business Manager, Chief Whip
Mark Isherwood - Shadow Minister for Social Justice & Housing, special responsibility for North Wales
Darren Millar - Shadow Minister for Health & Social Services, Chair of Public Accounts Committee
Nick Ramsay - Shadow Minister for Business, Enterprise & Technology, Chair of Enterprise & Business Committee
Antoinette Sandbach - Shadow Minister for Rural Affairs
David Melding - Deputy Presiding Officer
Among the changes - Nick Ramsay takes on the Business brief to shadow Edwina Hart, while former Acting Leader Paul Davies becomes Deputy Leader and Shadow Finance Minister.
Angela Burns retains the Education portfolio and Darren Millar will speak for the Party on Health and Social Services.
William Graham becomes Business Manager and is aided in his new role as Chief Whip by Byron Davies, who becomes a Whip, while remaining Shadow Transport Minister.
Janet Finch-Saunders becomes Shadow Minister for Local Government and Mark Isherwood becomes Shadow Minister for North Wales in addition to his responsibilities for Social Justice and Housing.
Suzy Davies and Mohammad Asghar retain their respective portfolios of Welsh Language & Culture and Equalities & Sport. Russell George continues to speak on Environment issues and Antoinette Sandbach retains her Shadow Cabinet brief of Rural Affairs.
Mr Davies said: "This is a Shadow Ministerial team which makes the most of the background and life experience of our Assembly Members.
"It's a Welsh Conservative Shadow Cabinet that I know will work tirelessly to get what's right for the people of Wales.
"This team is on the side of anyone who cares about our businesses, our NHS, our education system and our environment.
"As the official opposition it's our duty to scrutinise the Welsh Labour government, hold Ministers to account, and set out a viable alternative to drive up educational standards, invest in the NHS and encourage entrepreneurship.
"We remain prepared to work with other parties in the national interest and we will listen to communities, represent their views, and deliver the policies to meet their aspirations.
"The message to Wales from each of our Shadow Ministers is a simple one: We are on your side. We are committed to getting results. We are determined to improve Wales."
