With Nicole Cooke, Geraint Thomas and Tom James all bringing home with them Gold medals and David Davies a Silver, it is fitting that this record-breaking performance is honoured.

Leader of the Official Opposition Nick Bourne AM said:

"It is an incredible personal achievement for all of them.

"The whole nation has celebrated their success with pride and admiration.

"I hope as many members of the public as possible come down to Cardiff Bay to celebrate with these inspirational athletes."
