Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies has expressed deep disappointment at the county being almost ignored in a Government hand out of green transport cash.
The Labour-Plaid coalition has announced £28 million-worth of Transport Grant to county councils aimed at ensuring "sustainable development and prosperous communities".
But Pembrokeshire is receiving just £797,000 in cash for two Safe Routes in Communities projects in Tenby and Milford Haven. This is one of the smallest county payout in Wales.
"I have written to Ieuan Wyn Jones, Minister for the Economy and Transport expressing my extreme disappointment that Pembrokeshire is seeing so little of this cash," said Mr Davies.
"I'm all for a better integrated transport system and the Safe Routes in Communities is a good project – so why can't Pembrokeshire see some more of the cash to support such schemes?"
