Preseli Pembrokeshire Assembly Member Paul Davies has visited the Preseli's branch of the University of the Third Age to give a presentation to their members on the National Assembly for Wales and the role of Assembly Members. Mr Davies also took part in a question and answer session where members had the opportunity to quiz their local Assembly Member on aspects of his role and his stance on local issues.

Mr Davies said, "I was delighted to visit the U3A group to talk to members about my role as the constituency Assembly Member for Preseli Pembrokeshire, the National Assembly for Wales and its powers; and of current issues that are important to my constituents.

"It was wonderful to see the group taking such an active interest in Welsh public life. The question and answer session was a great way of understanding some of the problems that are important to U3A members in Pembrokeshire and I hope they found my visit useful."
