Preseli Pembrokeshire Assembly Member, Paul Davies, recently visited the Jig-So Children's Centre in Cardigan to hear of the excellent work they do

Preseli Pembrokeshire Assembly Member, Paul Davies, recently visited the Jig-So Children's Centre in Cardigan to hear of the excellent work they do. Jig-So was established in 1992, and supports parents, carers and children in not only Ceredigion, but also Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, through a range of activities. In their near 20 year history, the organisation has expanded from being available to users two afternoons per week, to now four days a week.

Commenting on his visit, Paul Davies said "I was delighted to have the opportunity to visit Cardigan and meet with hard working officers of Jig-So. The fantastic work done by the group is very evident, as is the support they give. I was particularly impressed to hear of the popularity of the Father's Network and its outreach sessions, and also the Healthy Eating, and Fitness Club, as well as the more general activities that take place."

"I was also very pleased to hear of the future plans that Jig-So have. Since Jig-So was set up in 1992 they have been a great success, and I am sure that they will go from strength to strength in the future."

Linda Grace, Chair of Jig-So said ""It was good to meet up with Paul once again and we thank him for his continued support and were pleased to relay to him the support that we receive from Pembrokeshire".
