Local Senedd Member Paul Davies is supporting Time to Talk Day 2021. Time to Talk Day is a national effort to reduce the stigma to start conversations about mental health and help end the stigma.

Mr Davies said, “Poor mental health can affect anyone – at any age and from any background and so it’s crucial that we all take a moment to reflect on our own wellbeing and reach out to family and loved ones. The theme this year is ‘The Power of Small’ reminding us all that small conversations can make a difference. I know the Covid-19 pandemic is having a huge strain on the mental health of some people and I’d encourage everyone across Pembrokeshire to check in on each other and familiarise yourselves with the local support on offer.”
