Local Assembly Member Paul Davies is supporting Save the Children's largest ever Christmas campaign that includes a new seasonal fundraising event, Christmas Jumper Day, which takes place on December 14th. Sporting a festive Christmas Jumper in the Senedd, Mr Davies joined other AMs to promote the campaign and help raise funds for vulnerable children across the world. The campaign asks people to donate £1 in exchange for wearing a festive jumper and help to 'make the world better with a sweater.'
Mr Davies said, "I was delighted to support the Save the Children's Christmas campaign and I hope that people across Pembrokeshire will join with me in wearing a festive jumper to help raise money for good causes both at home and overseas. It is fantastic that many UK and Welsh celebrities are already supporting the campaign and I'm sure the people of Pembrokeshire will also rise to the challenge and help raise money for this wonderful cause.
