Responding to the Welsh Government's statement on its Final Budget supported by Plaid Cymru, Paul Davies AM, Shadow Minister for Finance, said:
"This is confirmation of Labour's cheap deal with the nationalists – the same team which failed to deliver improvements in the Welsh economy or public services during their four years in coalition.
"This NHS-slashing budget will only put further pressure on already stretched NHS services as they are forced to cope with cuts of half a billion pounds.
"It is disappointing that the nationalists decided to support Labour's record-breaking cuts to the Welsh NHS, which are threatening downgrades and closures of vital NHS services."
