FRIENDLY CLUB: Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies is pictured at the lunch club held by the Phoenix Well Being Society at Haverfordwest Cricket Club every month.

Mr Davies spoke to the club about his life as an Assembly Member and answered questions from the members of the charitable social group.

"The fact that this Society has only been going for three years but already has 60 members shows just what a need there is for a regular companionship club," said Mr Davies who is pictured (centre) with Founder chairman Gerald White (left) and club member Stephen Jones.

"Nothing can beat good company and making new friends and I think this is a wonderful society that deserves to go from strength o strength."

*The Phoenix Society is open to all and holds lunches at the cricket club once a month. It also organises outings and holidays.
