The Conservative party is fielding more candidates than ever before in May's county council elections.
At least 25 candidates will be standing in wards throughout the county on May 1st.
Preseli Pembrokeshire's Conservative MP Stephen Crabb, the two Conservative Assembly Members for Pembrokeshire Paul Davies and Angela Burns and parliamentary candidate Simon Hart will be helping the candidates on the campaign trail.
"Following our great success in the Assembly election a year ago we hope that Pembrokeshire will continue to turn blue in May," said sitting Conservative councillor Aden Brinn.
"We have some very strong candidates and are confident that we will make a significant difference to the political make-up of County Hall.
"At the moment the council is run by the Independent political group and we want to be able to hold them to account whilst also working in the best interests of our local communities.
"The response that my colleagues and I have had on the doorsteps so far has been very encouraging, people are ready for a change both locally and nationally."
