Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies is encouraging parents across the County to have their say on the future shape of education services in Pembrokeshire. A consultation has been launched by Pembrokeshire County Council on their proposals for secondary education provision in Mid and North West Pembrokeshire, as well as Welsh-medium provision; and the consultation is due to close on May 5th 2015.

Paul Davies said, “I would like to encourage everyone across Pembrokeshire to contribute to the discussion on the future of our local education provision. Pembrokeshire County Council must find a way to deliver education services locally that also meets the needs of communities right across the County. Families across Pembrokeshire deserve a first class education service that supports children and young people and results in an improvement in standards. I sincerely hope that as many people as possible feed into the consultation and make their views known.
